GF Green Smoothie

Green Smoothies are a great way to start the day, They are very healthy and refreshing! This green smoothie is delicious and I’m sure anyone would like it if you give it a try 🙂

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut water

1 cup Kale

1/2 frozen banana

1 green apple, chopped

1/4 cup of ginger (add as much as you would like)

1/2 cup of baby spinach

1 orange, peeled and cut

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender
  2. Blend for 3-5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or keep in fridge to keep cold
  4. Lay back and relax with your super refreshening and healthy Green Smoothie
