GF, VF Apple Crumble

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of coconut sugar

1/4 cup of maple syrup

4 cups of gluten free rolled oats

1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted

1/2 cup of almond meal

1 tsp cinnamon

Canned apples

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. . In a large container or mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients then at maple syrup and coconut oil (melted) and mix till combined
  3. Place mixture In a cake mold (or something that can hold your mixture in the oven) then spread canned apples over the layer of crumble
  4. Bake for 25 – 30 mins
  5. Serve alone or with ice cream and ENJOY! 🙂
